Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Indian citizen with domicile of Bihar.
- Psycho-Social Counsellor: Graduation in Psychology/Neuroscience + experience in women’s health projects.
- Para Medical (Part Time): Professional degree/diploma in Paramedics + relevant experience.
- Para Legal Person / Advocate: Graduate in Law + experience in women-related projects/advocacy.
- Multi Purpose Worker / Cook: Minimum literacy; preference to High School pass or equivalent + relevant experience.
- Security Guard / Night Guard: Minimum 2 years security experience; preference to retired Army/Paramilitary.
Age Limit
- Unreserved (Male): Maximum 37 years
- Unreserved (Female): Maximum 40 years
- BC/EBC (Male & Female): Maximum 40 years
- SC/ST (Male & Female): Maximum 42 years
Salary / Honorarium
- Psycho-Social Counsellor: ₹22,000/- per month
- Para Medical (Part Time): ₹8,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Para Legal Person / Advocate: ₹8,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Multi Purpose Worker / Cook: ₹13,000/- per month
- Security Guard / Night Guard: ₹13,000/- per month
Selection Process
- Merit list preparation based on educational qualification and experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Information for interview sent via email and district website; no postal communication.
- Contractual appointment; temporary; not regular government service.
