Indian Railway Construction International (IRCON) has announced recruitment for Site Supervisor (S&T) 2025-26. Candidates with Diploma are eligible to attend the walk-in interview for 02 posts in Bengaluru project (contract basis).

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Full time Diploma in Electronics Engg., Electrical & Electronics Engg., Electronics & Communication Engg., or Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. (60% marks minimum)
• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Railway Signalling Works OR OFC based communication and networking systems

Salary / Stipend

Fixed consolidated pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month. Annual increment of 5% after each completed year of service.

• Screening of applications/documents
• Personal Interview by Committee
• Merit list based on performance, qualification, and experience
• Prescribed medical examination for selected candidates

General Instructions

• Posts are for IRCON Bengaluru project on contract basis, not for regular establishment
• Contract initially one year, extendable based on performance
• Medical coverage, EPF contributions, leave, and TA/DA as per company norms
• Appointment co-terminus with project; no absorption rights
• Ensure eligibility before attending walk-in interview
